The Action Program for Construction Quality and Energy Transition (PACTE) was launched at the beginning of 2015 by the public authorities with the ambitious objective of supporting the necessary upskilling of building professionals in the field of energy efficiency, in order to improve construction quality and reduce claims.
The PACTE website lists numerous technical reference documents on building energy systems: guides, professional recommendations, reports, site notebooks, etc.
